About the Role

Founding Engineer role reporting directly to the CEO with path to CTO. Rebuilding core infrastructure for corporate health insurance using cloud-native, AI-first approach. Ground-floor position shaping product and culture while writing code that powers millions in healthcare cashflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Write code powering millions in cashflow for hospitals and physician groups
• Shape product and company culture from day one
• Design and build products from repository creation (greenfield development)
• Build data-intensive applications
• Help manage and grow on/offshore team as company scales

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack experience with ownership of features end-to-end
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on solving real problems for providers
• Ability to work with high autonomy and high accountability

Nice to Have:

• Background in life sciences, UX, or product design
• Experience with team management and growth
• Portfolio of notable GitHub projects and technical content
