About the Role

Toma is seeking a Founding Brand Marketer to create compelling content that tells the company's story and builds its brand. This role involves end-to-end content creation, from ideation to publishing, across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong video production and editing skills, along with a deep understanding of social media optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create content that communicates Toma's mission, vision, and product journey
  • Film candid, behind-the-scenes moments to showcase company culture
  • Own content end-to-end: ideate, script, film, edit, and publish short-form videos and posts
  • Define and maintain Toma's brand voice across social media and campaigns
  • Experiment with marketing ideas and own the content creation lane

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Proficiency in video production and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut)
  • Strong copywriting skills for social posts and captions
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram
  • Ability to create polished, on-brand visuals (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite)

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to areas beyond content, such as events, campaigns, PR, or partnerships
  • Hands-on, scrappy, and resourceful startup mentality
  • Ability to turn half-baked ideas into viral content
