About the Role
Toma is seeking a Founding Brand Marketer to create compelling content that tells the company's story and builds its brand. This role involves end-to-end content creation, from ideation to publishing, across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong video production and editing skills, along with a deep understanding of social media optimization.Key Responsibilities
- Create content that communicates Toma's mission, vision, and product journey
- Film candid, behind-the-scenes moments to showcase company culture
- Own content end-to-end: ideate, script, film, edit, and publish short-form videos and posts
- Define and maintain Toma's brand voice across social media and campaigns
- Experiment with marketing ideas and own the content creation lane
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Proficiency in video production and editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut)
- Strong copywriting skills for social posts and captions
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram
- Ability to create polished, on-brand visuals (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite)
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to areas beyond content, such as events, campaigns, PR, or partnerships
- Hands-on, scrappy, and resourceful startup mentality
- Ability to turn half-baked ideas into viral content
