About the Role

As the Founding Account Executive at Salient, you will accelerate growth by closing deals with major financial institutions and driving the go-to-market strategy for an AI workflow automation tool in lending. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers and communicate the value of the AI-powered loan servicing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting mid-market lenders
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide market feedback to help shape product roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience selling technical solutions to financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of lending operations and compliance
