About the Role

Forward Deployed Engineer at Domu.ai, a voice-AI startup for financial institutions. Own end-to-end customer deployments, build custom integrations, and act as technical liaison between engineering and Fortune 500 clients. Requires travel, coding, and real-time debugging.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end from scoping to optimization
• Build custom integrations, scripts, and tooling for customer environments
• Debug production issues in real-time and configure telephony systems
• Train customer teams and travel regularly to customer sites
• Code daily for proof-of-concepts, dashboards, and data pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role at a high-growth startup
• Full-stack capabilities and comfort with unfamiliar tech like legacy APIs or telephony
• Owned a customer relationship or deployment from start to finish
• Willingness to work scrappy and do whatever it takes, including off-hours debugging
