About the Role

The Copilot Extensibility Solution Architect helps customers redesign business processes using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, and extensibility solutions. This role requires technical expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, business process mapping, and strong communication skills to guide clients through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Documenting and analyzing current business processes and workflows
• Facilitating envisioning workshops and conducting gap analysis
• Designing high-level architectures for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI solutions
• Developing live demos and proof of concepts for specific use cases
• Providing strategic technical input and competitive analysis at account level

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven consulting experience engaging clients and translating needs into technical solutions
• Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills
• Technical depth in Microsoft 365 architecture and business process mapping

Nice to Have:

• Lean, Business Process Management, Change Management, Six Sigma, Agile or PMP certifications
• Hands-on experience in process improvement and design
• Experience applying critical thinking to break down complex processes
