About the Role

Voodoo is hiring an Experienced Analytics Engineer to join their Analytics Engineering team. The role focuses on enhancing data warehouse performance, designing scalable data models, and building data pipelines to support analytics use cases. The engineer will work with modern data stack tools like DBT Core, Redshift, and Tableau to enable data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively solve data challenges to improve platform performance, consistency, and accuracy
• Design, maintain, and refine scalable data models to support business applications and analytics
• Work autonomously to address company-wide issues and develop cross-team solutions
• Build data pipelines to promote new data analytics use cases for games
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for effective project management and collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Engineering/Computer Science background with 3+ years experience in complex SQL queries and data modeling
• Solid experience with modern data stack: DBT Core, Redshift (or equivalent), git, and Tableau (or equivalent)
• Experience with CI/CD, Airflow, and Docker
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to discuss business and technical topics

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Terraform, K8s, and ArgoCD
