About the Role

This is a 6-month paid internship program for Qatari nationals to become Cloud Solution Architects at Microsoft. The program includes technical training, professional certifications, and on-the-job training in cloud computing and digital transformation projects. Interns will work on real-world projects while receiving mentorship and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Assist sales staff in assessing customer needs and preparing product specifications
• Participate in on-the-job shadowing and training as a Cloud Solution Architect
• Support Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects
• Complete technical skilling to obtain Microsoft certifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Qatari nationality
• Legally authorized to work in Qatar
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Passion for technology and customer obsession
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure)
• Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci)
