About the Role

The Engagement and Delivery Manager serves as the primary point of contact and operational lead for technical customers, managing relationships and overseeing project delivery for AI/human-in-the-loop data annotation. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality annotations, guiding customers on product use, and contributing to strategic initiatives to scale the delivery function. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and experience in healthcare or AI domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and set expectations
• Oversee project delivery including annotation setup and quality review
• Guide customers on product features and maximize value
• Work with annotators and data science to ensure high-quality annotations
• Advocate for customers and contribute product feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years experience in healthcare consulting, management consulting, or data annotation management
• Experience analyzing complex data and working with technical products
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree
• Flexibility to work autonomously in demanding environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience navigating C-suite audiences
• Experience at a fast-paced startup with fewer than 50 people
• Experience in healthcare and/or artificial intelligence
