About the Role

Lead strategic operations and analytics for Meta's EMEA sales teams, focusing on SMB growth. Drive data-driven insights, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to support revenue goals. Partner with leadership to execute global initiatives and manage business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to drive growth initiatives and uncover product opportunities
• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic projects to improve efficiency and resource allocation
• Drive rhythm of business with operational rigour, including performance tracking and reviews
• Communicate with and influence leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Partner with cross-functional teams across timezones to deliver shared outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in strategy/operations, consulting, corporate strategy, or quantitative fields
• Proficient in SQL and experience with large/complex databases
• Track record of using data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for complex business problems
