About the Role

CityFurnish is seeking a Deputy Manager of Operations to oversee order fulfillment for B2B and B2C clients. The role involves managing logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory for Mumbai and Pune while ensuring timely deliveries and resolving customer escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management for Mumbai and Pune
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale warehouse and deliver daily performance targets
  • Manage vendors, logistics, and billings for 2 cities
  • Produce regular reports and statistics (IN/OUT refurbishment, dead stock, etc.)
  • Resolve arising problems, complaints, or customer escalations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years experience in an operation or logistics role
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Nice to Have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with blue-collar staff
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office
