About the Role

The Delivery Practice Manager leads a team of Delivery Consultants to support AWS enterprise customers through transformative data and AI/ML projects. This role involves managing practice P&L, driving business development, and ensuring on-time delivery of customer engagements while building C-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants
• Managing practice P&L and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of customer engagements
• Driving business development initiatives and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
• Developing and overseeing implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers
• Collaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services and people leadership role
• Experience managing IT transformation projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience leading design, development and deployment of complex data & analytics strategies and solutions at scale

Nice to Have:

• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications
• Strong project management and resource management capabilities
• Financial acumen with P&L management experience
• Experience building data or machine learning pipelines including deep learning, GenAI, LLM
