About the Role

The Data Scientist will develop scalable analytics applications and AI/ML products to optimize supply chain operations across global regions. Responsibilities include analyzing data with statistical and ML techniques, building models in Python/R, and creating science-based solutions. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data with statistical and ML techniques
• Develop analysis/model in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and statistical software
• Develop science-based Supply Chain solutions
• Document analysis/models
• Learn state-of-the-art statistical and ML techniques/tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 1-3 years of data/research scientist, statistician, or quantitative analyst experience
• Familiarity with data analytics in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and statistical software (e.g., SAS, Matlab)
• Familiarity with querying languages (e.g., SQL)
• Fundamental understanding of statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques

Nice to Have:

• Background in Statistics/ML with strong statistical/ML knowledge
• General programming capability (e.g., software architecture, design patterns, Docker)
• Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, CDK)
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., Redshift, Aurora, DynamoDB)
• Familiarity with Linux environment
• Fundamental Supply Chain experience/domain knowledge
• Experience in building NLP/LLM applications
