About the Role

The Data Scientist role in Intelligent Talent Acquisition focuses on reinventing Amazon's hiring process using advanced data science and machine learning. You will work on state-of-the-art research, AI systems, and algorithms to deliver scalable, fair, and precise hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of data scientist experience
• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling, data analysis tools, techniques, and performance parameters
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Python, Perl, or another scripting language
• Experience in a machine learning or data scientist role at a large technology company
