About the Role

The Data Quality Analyst ensures data accuracy and integrity across a network of over 27,000 fitness partners. They identify and resolve data issues, implement validation processes, and support operational execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging tools like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify inconsistencies and data quality issues within the fitness partner network
• Develop and maintain data validation scripts for automated quality checks
• Deliver reports on data quality issues and operational metrics
• Review member and client nominations for research and resolution
• Support secure file transfers for network partners, including SFTP setup

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL)
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
