About the Role

As a Data Engineer II in Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition team, you'll design and implement scalable data infrastructure and pipelines to power hiring decisions. You'll build ETL processes, transform raw data into insights, and create analytical solutions that enable fair and efficient hiring at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure data pipelines using AWS technologies and big data tools
• Build and maintain high-performance ETL processes handling large-scale, complex datasets
• Architect end-to-end analytical solutions that are highly available, stable, and cost-effective
• Transform raw data into actionable insights through effective data modeling and integration
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• Experience with SQL

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles
• Experience with non-relational databases / data stores (object storage, document or key-value stores, graph databases, column-family databases)
