About the Role

This role is a Payments Specialist position focused on ensuring accurate and timely payments to Amazon's last-mile delivery partners. The specialist will build processes, track payment accuracy, and collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and drive Payment processes to DSPs
• Develop relationship with stakeholders and define mechanisms for accurate and timely processing of payments
• Track payment accuracy and timeliness to secure business sustainability
• Process payments and ensure DSPs are paid accurately and on time
• Build connections with local stakeholders (finance, OTR, Tax, BC teams)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Advance SQL skills are mandatory
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience driving roadmap strategy and on-ground implementation navigating across stakeholders
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Effective email writing and communication skills
• Intermediate excel and data analysis skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience accounting and/or finance is a plus
• Writing skills, influence skills, ability to structure an argument to make it brief and complete
• Clear and concise (to the point) communication
