About the Role

The Data Analyst will work closely with the founder and founding team to identify opportunities and drive company growth. They will own the end-to-end analytics process, from data collection to insight generation, and partner with leadership across departments to measure business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics process from data collection to insight generation
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for decision-making
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data reliability and accuracy
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and revenue trends
• Support executive decision-making with data-backed recommendations and scenario modeling

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a data-focused role in fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of business dynamics and comfort working cross-functionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate ambiguous questions
• Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth startup
• Fintech industry experience
• Experience in fast-paced, analytical environment
