About the Role

This role involves owning client relationships end-to-end for a YC-backed fintech platform, ensuring seamless trading experiences for high net worth investors. Responsibilities include onboarding, support, and collecting feedback to shape product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, portfolio walk-throughs, and platform support
  • Ensure HNIs have a seamless trading experience - from resolving queries to proactive check-ins
  • Collect client feedback in internal CRM to help shape product and service improvements
  • Partner closely with operations to deliver white-glove service

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Strong communicator, empathetic, and client-first
  • Prior experience with HNIs/finance strongly preferred
  • Thrive in high-responsibility, fast-paced environments
