About the Role

This is a technical pre-sales role as an AI Business Process Solution Engineer, focusing on helping enterprise AI developers leverage Microsoft's AI-powered stack. Responsibilities include delivering demos, pilots, and architecture workshops for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions to drive customer adoption and secure deals. The role requires collaboration with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate AI applications in development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new pipeline and competitive wins for M365 Copilot and related AI solutions through impactful demos and technical sessions
• Lead AI transformation engagements like demos and pilots to win technical decisions and drive customer commitment
• Craft scalable, secure, and modular architectures aligned to customer enterprise strategy and technical roadmap
• Continuously upskill to achieve required certifications and meet role expectations
• Coordinate with account executives, specialist sellers, and customer success teams to focus on opportunities and drive technical decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 2+ years experience OR 3+ years experience OR equivalent experience
• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
• Proficiency in delivering demos, pilots, and technical presentations for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions
• Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening and verification of U.S. citizenship
