About the Role

The Complex Solution Lead orchestrates complex enterprise solutions for Microsoft's largest clients, driving digital transformation and strategic deals. This senior role involves end-to-end solution design, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative, multi-disciplinary solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex, cross-functional solutions
• Build strong relationships with client C-suite and Microsoft leadership
• Partner with commercial teams to develop robust financial models
• Stay engaged through full sales lifecycle from opportunity to contract execution
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years' experience in solution architecture, consulting, delivery management, or related roles
• Deep expertise in cloud/infrastructure technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutioning
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, or similar
