About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect driving customer application innovation and AI transformation on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include technical customer engagements, architecture design, and resolving adoption challenges. Works with senior executives and developers to implement cloud solutions and accelerate consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business and IT priorities for cloud applications and GenAI/AI adoption
• Act as voice of customer by providing feedback to engineering and conducting architectural reviews
• Support customer skilling through technical discussions, workshops, and cloud readiness activities
• Drive consumption growth by identifying resolutions to customer blockers and leveraging Microsoft processes
• Learn new technologies aligned to customer needs and stay current with Azure, GenAI/AI, and GitHub capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or related areas
• Experience in designing OR implementing cloud-based solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security)
• Technical experience with enterprise-scale cloud/hybrid infrastructures and architecture designs
• Proficient in .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js or Python development languages
