Cloud Solution Architect focused on Developer Success, providing hands-on technical expertise to unblock customer challenges and architect enterprise-grade solutions using GitHub and cloud technologies. This senior role involves designing, building, and deploying solutions while driving consumption growth and advocating for customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' developer-centric priorities and success measures
• Architect Developer solutions aligned with business and IT needs
• Unblock customer challenges by leveraging subject matter expertise
• Advocate for customers by sharing insights and collaborating with Engineering
• Drive consumption growth and curate high-quality guidance for communities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or software development
• Deep domain expertise in GitHub (e.g., Copilot, Advanced Security, Actions, Enterprise Administration)
• Proficient with Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade, Developer-focused solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
