Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate Azure projects to production with architectural design and technical recommendations
• Drive services consumption and up-sell/cross-sell to meet team targets
• Guide customers in defining and realizing digital and business transformational targets
• Act as voice of customer, sharing feedback and insights with Engineering teams
• Identify patterns across customers/industries to develop strategic insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent
• 2+ years software development experience
• Experience with integrating AI into applications
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship verification

Nice to Have:

• 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or Master's Degree with 3+ years experience
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing role
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google)
• Containerization experience (Azure Container Registry, AKS, App Service)
• Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows on Azure
• Proficiency with Semantic Kernel/AutoGen/LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI practices and safety controls
