About the Role

This role is a Cloud Solution Architecture position focused on Azure IaaS and on-premises infrastructure, providing proactive services and technical support for critical customer workloads. Responsibilities include leading resiliency efforts, coordinating incident resolution, and delivering assessments and tailored guidance. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure customer success and requires strong troubleshooting and strategic relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Proactive Resiliency Efforts for customer workloads
• Coordinate Accelerated Incident Resolution and Monitoring & Observability
• Deliver Support Mission Critical Service offerings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Plan and implement Workload-Specific Service Improvement and Customer Success Plans
• Remediate proactive recommendations and coordinate onboarding phases

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or related roles
• Broad knowledge of on-premises Microsoft products and Azure HCI/Hyper-V
• Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure IaaS, Entra ID, Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, Windows Server, and Networking
• Working experience with DevOps, Azure Web Apps/App Services, Azure PaaS, AKS, or Kubernetes
• Experience with C#, .NET, Java, Python, or related programming languages
