About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Modern Work, enabling SMC customers and partners to achieve business outcomes with Microsoft technology. Drives customer success through technical leadership, architecture design, and resolving blockers to ensure value from Microsoft investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 expertise
• Provide feedback from customers/partners to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement
• Engage with decision makers to drive adoption and usage of Copilot for M365
• Identify and resolve technical issues blocking customer success projects
• Lead technical conversations and deliver work according to Microsoft best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related
• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years of deep technical working experience
• Primary language: Chinese (Mandarin) at highest proficiency level, Secondary language: English required

Nice to Have:

• Masters Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience
• Technical Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, SC-400, MS-202, MS-220, MS-700
• Knowledge of Cantonese in addition to Mandarin
