About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect (Teams and Teams Phone) is a customer-facing role at Microsoft, driving AI transformation and business value through Microsoft Teams and AI solutions. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, leading architectural design, and leveraging AI to accelerate customer adoption and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation
• Drive Customer Success by leading architectural design and engaging with decision makers
• Leverage Agentic AI using Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise
• Explore growth opportunities by partnering with technical and sales teams
• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey through community engagement and IP creation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven expertise in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, or architecture
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone at enterprise scale

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing telecommunication technologies with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell
• Enterprise-scale technical experience with Teams Phone, Calling Plans, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Teams Rooms, devices, conferencing, and voice migrations
• Technical experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
