About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Security, driving customer security transformation on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. This customer-facing role involves architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements to help customers leverage Microsoft investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor, sharing insights and reliable practices
• Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (e.g., Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings
• Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage and help customers get value from Microsoft investments
• Identify resolutions to customer blockers using subject matter expertise and deliver according to Microsoft reliable practices
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans and govern design in line with customer goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• 1+ year experience in Active Directory, PKI, ADFS, Purview, and Identity Management, specifically knowledge of Entra-Id
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including U.S. citizenship verification

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
