About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Security, driving customer security transformation on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. This customer-facing role involves architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements, with flexibility to work up to 80% from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor, providing feedback as the Voice of Customer
• Land end-to-end value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings
• Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage and accelerate business value
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans aligned with customer goals
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders on complex Enterprise solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas
• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Experience working on technical projects and with E5 security components, Defender for Cloud, and/or Entra

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Security Copilot
• Experience working with Sentinel
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
• Fluency or business level Russian language skills
