About the Role

The Power Platform Cloud Solution Architect is a senior HQ role covering MEA countries, focusing on driving AI growth through Copilot and Agents while ensuring secure, resilient architectures. The architect serves as a trusted advisor for customers' AI experiences, delivering technical expertise and business value through Microsoft's AI solutions. Responsibilities include accelerating AI adoption, maintaining Power Platform health, and driving usage excellence across Microsoft's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI growth via Agents leveraging Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, and Azure AI services
• Maintain health of Power Platform customer base and drive usage & renewal growth
• Establish M365 Copilot + Copilot Studio as leading commercial AI solution and thought leadership
• Accelerate Low Code development and transform D365 core business with AI innovation
• Develop deep technical understanding and lead solution envisioning sessions/hackathons

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field AND 10+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies
• OR equivalent experience without degree
• Technical product proficiency and readiness
• Deeper Business Value and Change Management Skills

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of how to modernize with intelligent, purpose-built apps
• Ability to build agent-infused apps as new interface for enterprise systems
• Optimize with Agent-powered business processes
