About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect focused on driving adoption of Citrix solutions on Microsoft Platform. Works with partners and customers to enable business outcomes using Microsoft technology. Requires deep expertise in Citrix and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive positive Partner Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor
• Develop and expand existing impactful relationships as a trusted adviser
• Lead virtual teams around Citrix & Microsoft technologies and share insights
• Develop opportunities with partner to drive Customer Success business results
• Identify and resolve technical blockers for partner-led customer success projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent
• One or more Citrix certifications (e.g., CCP-V, CCE-V, CC-VAD-CC, CC-VAD-MA) or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or AZ-305 or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience on Azure Advanced Migration and practical experience with migration of WS/SQL servers to Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix solutions, Azure security, or hybrid management tools

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience or Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing roles and 4+ years on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
• Insightful listening and situational fluency skills
• Experience with Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework and architecture design
