Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, or related areas
• Deep technical expertise in Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Intune at Enterprise-scale
• Verification of Australian citizenship due to legal restrictions

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience or Master's Degree with 6+ years experience in relevant fields
• 4+ years experience in customer-facing roles
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security)
