Lead a team of architects delivering AI solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot for Health and Life Sciences clients. Drive AI transformation, customer engagement, and solution delivery excellence while managing talent and adhering to Microsoft standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent
• 3+ years people management experience
• 6+ years of experience in business applications solutions

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years' experience or Master's Degree and 8+ years' experience
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles or leading technical projects/teams
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google)
• 5+ years people management experience
