About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect role focusing on helping customers deploy AI-powered applications at production scale on Azure. Responsibilities include leading technical engagements, designing secure solutions, and ensuring production readiness of mission-critical workloads. Requires expertise in Azure AI, cloud-native development, and fluency in Korean.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer IT and business leaders to design secure, scalable solutions
• Lead technical engagements across architecture design, POCs, and MVPs
• Own end-to-end technical delivery results and ensure completeness of customer success plans
• Drive next best actions and generate incremental pipeline from engagements
• Lead health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-native solutions with AI capabilities
• Proven experience implementing cloud-native applications in Python or .NET with generative AI capabilities
• Professional-level fluency in Korean and proficiency in English

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• Experience implementing hands-on PoCs, MVPs using Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft Teams Extensibility
• Passion in accelerated development workflows leveraging AI-first software development environments
• Breadth of technical experience in cloud solutions and knowledge in foundational security, infrastructure and network design
• Technical Certification in Cloud
