About the Role

As a Cloud Solution Architect for Copilot, you will guide enterprise customers through AI transformation, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and change management. You'll design tailored adoption strategies, drive organizational change, and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable AI solutions that achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead adoption strategy and change management plans for Copilot
• Drive organizational change to embed Copilot into daily workflows
• Champion business value by translating technical capabilities into measurable outcomes
• Enable stakeholders and deliver readiness training programs
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, and partner teams for customer success

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
• Substantial experience in Change Management and Adoption
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Copilot technologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in Dutch or French
