About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect guiding Hispanic American enterprises in AI adoption and cloud transformation using Azure and Microsoft's AI stack. Partners with customers to design, build, and scale intelligent applications, driving strategic technical engagements and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business and IT priorities for AI, platform engineering, and cloud migration
• Act as voice of customer by driving feedback into engineering and accelerating solution delivery via architectural reviews and POCs
• Support customer skilling through technical discussions, workshops, and cloud readiness activities
• Drive consumption growth by identifying opportunities and resolving technical blockers to accelerate implementation
• Stay current with Azure, AI, GitHub capabilities, and enterprise languages like .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or related areas
• OR equivalent experience
• Practical cloud experience or engineering experience with hyperscaler cloud providers
• Experience designing, architecting, and deploying secure applications

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 4+ years experience in relevant fields
• Experience with AI solutions and GitHub for code hosting and CI/CD
• 4+ years in customer-facing roles
• 4+ years working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security)
