About the Role

This role is a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), focusing on providing technical expertise for mission-critical customer environments. Responsibilities include solution architecture, performance troubleshooting, and driving customer success through technical leadership and relationship building. The position offers flexible work arrangements and requires deep technical knowledge in F&O and Azure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather customer insights to map solutions with business outcomes using Microsoft Business Applications expertise
• Identify and resolve issues blocking project go-live or usage with technical/functional expertise
• Drive consumption growth by guiding technical and business decision makers on Microsoft's value proposition
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior colleagues, and engage in communities to share expertise
• Develop and expand relationships with customer and partner architects, technical specialists, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Proven experience in finance and operations (F&O)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field with extensive IT experience
• Considerable working experience in a customer-facing role
• Considerable working experience as a lead technical solution architect

Nice to Have:

• Functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps (expert level) or relevant lead functional consultant experience
• Knowledge of Success by Design methodology or experience as a business value consultant
• Knowledge about integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Platform and Finance and Supply Chain Platform
