About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Azure Data & Analytics, helping customers build secure, scalable, AI-ready solutions. Responsibilities include architecture design, production deployments, and driving technical excellence for data workloads. This customer-facing role requires expertise in Microsoft's Data & Analytics portfolio and collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand data estate and design secure, scalable Data & Analytics solutions
• Lead architecture design sessions and develop Data & Analytics roadmaps to accelerate adoption
• Drive technical excellence by ensuring health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical data workloads
• Identify and resolve technical blockers and share customer feedback with engineering teams
• Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with market trends and Microsoft's evolving capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Technical expertise in Data & Analytics technologies (e.g., Spark, Python, SQL) and modern architecture (e.g., Lakehouse, Medallion)
• Technical expertise in databases (e.g., SQL DB, NoSQL DB, Open Source DBs)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (internal or external)
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Currently based in Sweden

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Data & Analytics portfolio (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Azure Databases, Purview)
• Technical expertise in Power BI
• Knowledge in Cloud compute, storage, networking, devops, and security
• Technical Certifications in Cloud, Data, and Security (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, Databricks)
