Key Responsibilities

• Gather customer/partner insights to design architectures and deliver Microsoft solutions
• Act as voice of customer by sharing feedback on technical capabilities and blockers
• Demonstrate technical concepts and prove design solutions through collaboration sessions
• Identify issues and advise customers on operating/optimizing performance per Microsoft best practices
• Learn about Microsoft's Cloud products/services and assess customer needs for growth opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field
• 1+ year work/internship experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting
• Fluent in French
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and/or AI technologies
• Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
