About the Role

The Cloud Solution Architect--AI Infra role at Microsoft involves driving customer cloud adoption for AI innovation by architecting and deploying Azure infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include building relationships with key IT decision makers, leading architectural design sessions, and ensuring customers achieve business outcomes through Microsoft technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption
• Provide customer feedback to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement
• Deliver excellence by owning committed pipeline and ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans using CAF and WAF
• Identify and resolve issues blocking go-live of customer success projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, or related areas
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects

Nice to Have:

• 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related consulting
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field with 6+ years experience
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications)
