Responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction, promoting usage, and resolving technical blockers. Requires 4+ years in IT consulting or cloud technologies with Microsoft 365 experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve customer satisfaction by executing Customer Success Plan and becoming a trusted advisor
• Drive value realization by engaging decision-makers and creating customer-specific roadmaps
• Promote usage through enablement sessions and best practices to foster adoption
• Address technical challenges and blockers using Microsoft 365 expertise
• Provide customer and partner insights to Microsoft teams for continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years in IT consulting/adoption enablement using cloud technologies
• OR 4+ years in system administration
• OR 4+ years in software/architecture development
• OR 4+ years in business application consulting
• OR equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role (internal, external, or both)
• Hands-on experience implementing and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID)
• Experience improving business workflows using low-code tools like Microsoft Power Platform
