About the Role

This role is a Capacity & Data Analyst responsible for space optimization in Amazon's fulfillment centers. The analyst monitors capacity development, reports metrics, escalates issues, and collaborates with operations teams to optimize resources and meet evolving demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring FC capacity development and reporting actual capacity using metric reports and heat maps
• Escalating concerns and issues to Operations and Capacity teams
• Reviewing consolidation opportunities, demand, and planning with operations teams
• Managing data collection processes, maintaining data integrity, and generating reports in MS Access and Excel
• Conducting ASIN profiling and configuring related dock sortation and location configuration

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• High school or equivalent education
• 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with end-to-end project management
• Knowledge of SQL
