About the Role

The Business Research Analyst II will drive data and machine learning projects to improve product discoverability. They will analyze big data, train ML/LLM models, and collaborate with global teams to solve complex business problems. The role involves scoping projects, performing root cause analysis, and implementing scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Scoping and delivering complex projects across multiple teams
• Performing root cause analysis using data to form and validate hypotheses
• Building deterministic and ML/LLM models to find scalable solutions
• Managing meetings and technical discussions for project execution
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and scripting in Python for data processing

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
• Experience in data mining, ETL, and using databases with large-scale datasets
