About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer Manager to lead analytics and insights for the Delivery Choices team. This role involves understanding customer needs, building methodologies for insights, and influencing business decisions globally. The candidate will manage a BI team and drive improvements to Amazon's customer delivery experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
• 5+ years of managing a business intelligence or analytics team
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with ETL

Nice to Have:

• 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment
• 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures and data modeling
• Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
