Business Engineer, Business AI builds next-gen AI products and scalable systems to solve real-world business challenges at Meta. The role involves collaborating with product teams, designing end-to-end solutions, and driving business growth through AI technology. Requires software engineering experience with AI/ML technologies and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to building next-gen AI products and improve existing ones
• Design and build end-to-end systems, GTM automation, and launch-plan strategies
• Use technical and soft skills to build relationships and resolve complex needs
• Guide workflow changes and gain consensus from stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years experience as a software engineer building production code
• Experience with designing, building, and iterating on scalable software platforms
• Experience working with large language models, agentic AI, or related AI/ML technologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a startup or similar early stage company
• Knowledge of the AI, advertising, and social media landscape globally
• Experience working with customers and b2b development
