About the Role

The BIM Technology Manager leads the implementation of innovative Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Generative AI solutions for AWS data center design. This role involves managing programs, translating requirements into scalable cloud-native solutions, and driving digital transformation of BIM workflows. The manager collaborates with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver disruptive technologies for global data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own BIM implementation programs and roadmaps
• Translate functional requirements into scalable BIM solutions
• Architect cloud-native solutions for BIM implementation
• Lead digital transformation of BIM workflows through cloud technologies
• Manage AI/ML initiatives for automated BIM analysis and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• 5+ years experience with BIM technologies (Revit, BIM360/ACC, or similar)
• 4+ years experience with BIM APIs and SDKs

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development life cycle
• Experience building services using AWS products
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related STEM field
• Experience with using or implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions, with focus on Deep Learning and Generative AI
