About the Role
The ICQA Area Manager leads inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations within an Amazon fulfillment center. Responsibilities include supervising a team, ensuring safety and compliance, analyzing data to improve processes, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem solve operations
- Support safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory control and quality assurance operations in accordance with network strategies and SOX compliance
- Conduct shift planning, forecasting, and oversee projects to streamline processes and optimize productivity
- Review KPIs and perform quality analysis on behaviors/processes impacting inventory integrity and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- A degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management
- Relevant experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
- Proficient in the local language and English, both spoken and written
- Advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel

- Proven ability to influence peers or stakeholders within Ops organization
