About the Role

This is a Business Development Representative role within AWS's FSI BD team, focused on driving revenue and market share in the financial services industry vertical. The role involves developing territory plans, creating value propositions around AWS services, and managing strategic customer relationships to accelerate cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Experience communicating with managers and associates at all levels
  • Experience in technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services
  • 3+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years of sales or sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology experience
