About the Role

The Associate Engagement Manager helps manage the delivery of AWS cloud products and services to enable customers to achieve their business objectives. This role involves tracking customer engagements, schedules, scope, and financials while providing best practices and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AWS cloud products and services
• Track customer engagement, schedule, scope, and financials
• Provide best practices and close engagement gaps
• Help customers make decisions to meet technical and business objectives
• Work with customer teams and AWS Partner Network on cloud initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields OR equivalent training/certifications/experience
• Experience with Networking fundamentals
• Experience with Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL)
• Experience with Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)

Nice to Have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience implementing cloud-based technology solutions
• Experience with Big Data, Analytics, Security, DevOps, Application Development, or Machine Learning domains
