About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI solutions, focusing on driving customer AI transformation with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. This customer-facing role serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical expert to accelerate AI adoption and change management. Responsibilities include architectural design, business value creation, and leveraging agentic AI at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI transformation
• Lead architectural design and drive customer success with Copilot solutions
• Leverage agentic AI using Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise
• Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities
• Accelerate customer AI transformation journey through community engagement and IP creation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with customer-facing consultative architecture design
• 4+ years of experience with M365/Copilot technology and services

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience in relevant fields
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Communication skills in both French and English
