About the Role

Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI solutions, driving customer AI transformation with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. Acts as a strategic trusted advisor and technical expert to accelerate AI adoption and change management. Focuses on creating business value and ROI through architectural design and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI transformation
• Lead architectural design and drive customer success for Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot
• Leverage Agentic AI using Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise
• Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions
• Engage in communities to share expertise and accelerate customer AI transformation journey

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in both English and French
• 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
